Junior Legal Counsel - Commercial Litigation - London

Are you a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Counsel ready for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious International Law Firm, is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in London.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a varied workload, focusing on insurance and commercial litigation matters. As a trusted legal advisor, you will deliver expert guidance, ensuring the organisation's interests are protected while driving innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior legal counsel and paralegals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide strategic legal advice, identifying and mitigating risks while implementing best practices and policies.
  • Offer commercially sound and practical solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, fee earners, and business services teams.
  • Assist in drafting high-level reports for the Executive and Board.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects alongside the Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance teams.
  • Explore technology-driven solutions to enhance legal operations.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong track record of advising and representing large organisations on commercial or insurance litigation matters. You'll have the ability to build effective relationships and act as a brand ambassador for the firm.
