Client Manager/Project Manager - Practice

This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced and formally qualified (or equivalent) senior or client manager to join this well-respected and fast-growing firm of chartered accountants.

This firm have grown consistently and organically over the last twenty years and now boast in excess of 50 staff and servicing some listed companies and complex OMBs.

The role is to be based from their mid-Kent head-office and will include working very closely with their managing director.

Key duties to include:

• Working closely with the MD on a range of complex and interesting project based work.
• Producing (and reviewing) year-end statutory accounts on some of the firm’s more prestigious and complex clients.
• Managing planning and reviewing audits from inception through to completion.
• Working closely with a number of managers in the smooth running of a client base
• Managing, mentoring and developing a number of junior members of staff.

What about you?

• Formally qualified with in excess of 5 years’ broad based Practice exposure
• Based in Kent or with strong links to the area
• Must have some audit experience or willingness to do some audit
• Strong and polished communicator; team player
• Ability to form strong relationships with a range of different clients
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire.
