Buyer Interim - Leading Manufacturing Company

This interim Buyer role will be responsible for managing orders, POs, and purchasing processes. My client are a market leading Manufacturing company, and looking for someone to hit the ground running.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the purchasing of technical goods and services for the company.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Implement purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process efficiencies.
• Order management and place/ chase POs.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

• Good purchasing/ buying background and knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Strong communication and be a self-starter.
• Be available for an ASAP start.

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

• c.£35,000 (experience dependent)

• Hybrid working - 3 days pw onsite
