As a Commercial Electrician, you’ll handle both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the Midlands and North West. Your work will involve servicing contracts, maintaining commercial electrical systems, and diagnosing faults in a variety of electrical equipment.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with overtime opportunities and participation in an out-of-hours call service rota.
Your Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance at client sites across the Midlands, North West, and Central regions.
• Service and maintain commercial electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Diagnose faults and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and complete statutory reports.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial electrical systems and installations.
• Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of M&E systems.
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with tablet-based CAFM systems.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Inspection and Testing qualifications (e.g., 2391 or equivalent).
• Experience with energy-efficient and sustainable technologies.
