Elevation Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a precision engineering manufacturing business based in Sheffield to recruit a skilled CNC Turner with experience in Sliding Head and Mill-Turn machining.

CNC Turner – Sliding Head & Mill-Turn
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £31,200
Shift Pattern: Mornings & Afternoons

• Set and operate sliding head and turning machines.
• Manufacture high-quality components to tight tolerances.
• Read, edit, and write basic programs.
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Use measuring equipment, including verniers, micrometers, gauges, and shadow graphs.

• Apprenticeship-trained or time-served CNC Machinist.
• Experienced in Turning, Sliding Head, and Mill-Turn operations.
• Capable of working to strict deadlines and producing components to tight tolerances.
• A proactive team player with strong accountability for quality.
