We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our Administration team in our London office and who provide a professional and efficient catering service to an office staff of approx. 500.
What's the role?
The Front of House Assistant works under the supervision of the Front of House Team Leader and has an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the London office as part of a wider Administration team. The Administration team as a whole are responsible for reception management, meeting room management, catered lunches, replenishing refreshment areas, cleaning of breakout areas and much more. Although each member of the team has specific responsibilities, you'll be trained across all roles to enable you to provide assistance and cover if needed to the other team members.
