£50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary + Company Car or allowance + Bonus (£10k) + Benefits

The Role of Area Sales Manager:

• Covering a territory and liaising with contractors, architects and fit-out specialists.
• Developing existing relationships and developing new business partnerships.
• Managing projects within end-users such as universities, schools and research facilities.
• Providing specialist knowledge and support to customers on projects
• Nurturing sales from initial contact through to completion and hand over
• Values range between £5k to £300k+

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager position:

• Strong construction sales professional with knowledge of architects and contractor led sales.
• Able to produce quotations and negotiate contracts
• Familiarity with fit-outs is very advantageous, knowledge of construction sales is mandatory.
• Spanish as a second language would be highly desirable but not essential
• Full UK drivers licence
• Right to work in the UK as sponsorship won't be provided

The Package for Area Sales Manager:

• £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience
• Bonus - £10k
• Company Car or Car allowance
• Pension
• 25 days holiday plus stats
