Description

• Work in a fast-paced environment, offering employer focused solutions
• Manage a caseload of various complex ER issues from start to finish, including document reviews
• Build excellent client relationships to ensure you understand the clients requirements, and achieve their objectives
• Provide a range of options for our clients to select from, including best practice/ legally compliant solutions, ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated
• Provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice, tailoring advice to give best practice and commercially focused options for our clients to select from

Profile

• Proven HR Advisory experience
• CIPD qualified
• Knowledge of employment law and legislation
• Full employee relations knowledge including complex cases
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Able to maintain efficient and focused client relationships
• Able to work at pace and compete with conflicting priorities
