This role is a rare and exciting opportunity to work directly for the CEO of Taylor Rose. You will need to have experience in working for/with C-suite executives in a large fast paced organisation. Your role will ensure that the CEO has the time and bandwidth to focus on the key aspects of his role, in the knowledge you are proactively dealing with a multi faceted workload.

The role requires a highly organised,emotionally intelligent, structured and proactive approach.The ability to think on your feet, problem solve , whilst ensuring your work and outcomes are to the highest of standards.

A creative flair for written communications, presentations and PR/social media is essential.

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Manage incoming/outgoing emails, monitor, and prioritise responses.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the CEO by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • First point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Make national and international travel arrangements.
  • Taking meeting minutes, overseeing follow-up emails and tasks.
  • Research information on business issues, drafting reports and presentations.
  • Interface with key business stakeholders, knowing when to leverage authority.
  • Prepare accurate and creative updates for PR, social media and emails (internal and external).
  • Managing direct client complaints, liaising with other departments to ensure the matters are resolved timely and effectively.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects.
  • Expenses management.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and detail orientated with strong project management ability.

  • Ability to multi-task and deal with curved balls throughout the day
  • Highest level of professionalism, confidentiality & discretion.
  • Creativity and flair for PR related tasks.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

This role will primarily be based in Peterborough, but travel to other offices may be required.

Working outside core hours maybe required.
