Working with the MD and CEO to help coordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives this is an exciting opportunity to join a young, entrepreneurial environment where you can showcase your skills, be rewarded for success, and realise quick promotion to manager and director level. 

As Sales & Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the MD and CEO to coordinate sales and marketing.
• Engage with clients through calls, meetings, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Assist in creating marketing documentation and campaigns.
• Work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with:

• Proven successful sales executive or co-ordination experience.
• Background or passion for real estate, construction, or commercial/house design and build.
• Outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to connect with people.
• Highly organised, driven, and eager for success.
• Full UK driving license.

In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonuses and career progression.
