Mortgage Advisor

We are working with a WOM broker based in Milton Keynes. They are partnered with an estate agency that have branches in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard and Buckingham. They may need 2 advisors, and you will need to be located near to at least one of the of the branches.

As a business, they cover all types of mortgages - from first time buyers, BTL, remortgages and new build. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with an hours lunch and no weekends. You would be splitting your time between EA branches, working from home and the head office. There is a self-employed set-up as well if preferred.

Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Advisor:

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Minimum 1 year Mortgage Advice experience
• CAS status

Duties as a Mortgage Advisor include:

• Keeping up to date with any regulation changes.
• Call clients and give an advised sale based on clients needs and circumstances.
• Helping find each customer the right products to suit them
• Convert leads that are provided by the company
