FP&A Analyst

I am partnering with a Security company to recruit a Finance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team, for those who are ACCA or CIMA Finalist.

• Hybrid: 3 days in 2 from home
• Location: London
• Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 DOE

What can you expect?

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting sales, revenue, pricing, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial models and analysis to support ad-hoc business decisions.
• Prepare and present sales performance insights and financial updates to senior management.
• Ensure consistent data entry and maintenance in Salesforce CRM across users.
• Analyse and process large data sets.
• Prepare forecasts, annual budgets, and support strategic planning efforts.
• Deliver actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct product and customer profitability analysis to guide pricing and market decisions.
• Support pricing and cost analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop collaborative analyses.

What skills will you require?

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or related field.
• 3+ years related financial analysis experience required.
• Expertise in Excel modelling
• Experience in creating reports from D365 and PowerBI.
• Proficiency working with a CRM system, preference to experience in a Salesforce environment.
• CIMA/ACCA finalist.
• Proven analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to execute work independently and self-lead.
• Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
