New Homes Sales Consultant/Manager
Location:
Birmingham City Office - Jewellery Quarter
Salary:
• Basic Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Commission: £1,000 to £2,000 per sale, with an average of £1,500 per sale
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £102,000 per annum, based on achieving an average of 4 sales per month
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no day off in lieu)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant/Manager to join our team in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling high-quality new homes, managing the sales process from initial inquiry through to completion, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in property sales who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and sell new homes to prospective buyers, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to completion.
• Conduct viewings and provide potential buyers with comprehensive information on the properties and surrounding areas.
• Handle negotiations to achieve the best possible terms for both the company and the customer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity.
• Manage all administrative tasks related to the sales process, including producing relevant documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with internal teams, developers, and external partners to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
• Attend and support marketing events or open house days as required.
• Provide feedback and regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours when required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Full UK driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
