Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 and Friday 8:30 to 3:00pm

SHEQ Manager
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, health, environment, and quality standards across our projects.
As the SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SHEQ processes and systems across our operations. You will work closely with the Continuous Improvement team, manufacturing and project teams to ensure compliance, promote a culture of safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
· Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations are maintained
· Develop and deliver health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
· Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring safety measures are adhered to.
· Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
· Develop and oversee environmental policies to ensure sustainable and environmentally conscious practices.
· Monitor and manage waste, emissions, and resource efficiency across all operations.
· Lead quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations.
· Oversee factory and site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
· Collaborate with production and project teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
· Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility throughout the company
· Provide guidance and training to employees and subcontractors.
· Report on SHEQ performance and progress to senior management.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional who is passionate about driving safety, quality, and environmental excellence. You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes…
· Proven experience in a SHEQ management role ideally within the construction industry.
· Experience within the manufacturing industry is also beneficial.
· Comprehensive knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
· Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and Integrated Management Systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
· Ideally you will have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or above. However other qualifications will be considered.
· Full UK driving licence.
