Caretaker

We are currently looking for skilled and reliable caretakers for a school in North-West London.

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep the school running smoothly.
• Ensure the school is clean, safe, and secure.

Key Duties:

1. Repairs:
   • Complete small repairs (fixing doors, painting, plumbing).
   • Oversee contractors doing larger repairs.
2. Safety Checks:
   • Regularly check for safety hazards.
   • Follow health and safety rules.
3. Cleaning:
   • Manage waste and recycling.
4. Security:
   • Ensure the school is secure.
   • Lock and unlock doors.
5. Groundskeeping:
   • Maintain the school grounds (gardening, snow/ice removal).
   • Keep outdoor areas tidy.

Skills Needed:

• Basic repair skills.
• Knowledge of safety rules.
• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit for manual tasks.
