Children's Home Registered Manager

Are you an outstanding Registered Manager who is committed to ensure children receive the best support possible. If so, we are currently looking for a Registered Manager for our client who aim to provide children in care with an environment as close to a regular family home as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a residential setting with EBD
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willing to work towards

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in children's residential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the management of safeguarding children and young people, risk and service governance
• Lead and manage the home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as necessary to enhance their skills.
• Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Monitor outcomes and progress for children in line with their care plans

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
