REED are excited to be partnering with a leading technology company based in Gosforth that are looking to expand their sales team in 2025.

Our client is well-established, operating for over 30 years, and pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to customers in their specialism.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

A highly motivated and conscientious individual, your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and arrange appropriate demonstrations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if required
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Create quotations for clients with accurate information and pricing
  • Maintain a high level of admin to ensure clients records are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Maintain sales case records to a highest standards using the in-house CRM system

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: 

This role requires a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service along with a good technical understanding.

  • To be able to monitor the progress of cases and projects in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Have a positive work ethic with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to complete tasks. 

Location: On-site in Gosforth (near to High Street and Regent Centre metro) 

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:30 with 1hr for breaks

Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 with 1 hr for breaks
