�? Responsibilities:

Provide important administrative support to our team (e.g., scheduling meetings, handling correspondence)

Help maintain and organise studio supplies and materials

Assist with research and creative brainstorming sessions

Learn and manage invoicing and billing procedures

Collaborate with our passionate team on various projects

Assist with various accounts tasks

Assisting with PA duties!

?? Qualifications:

IT savvy with proficiency in MS Office suite

Strong administrative skills

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics

Quick learner who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
