SALES NEGOTIATOR/ SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT- WEST BYFLEET - UP TO £25K BASIC DOE OTE, UP TO £55K OTE DOE

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent in West Byfleet. They are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator/Senior Negotiator who is enthusiastic, driven and wants to be recognised for their hard work. You will help drive the business forward and increase your earnings whilst doing so.

BASIC SALARY up to £25k DOE + UP TO £55K OTE DOE

• Strong organisational skills

• Confident in dealing with clients
• Negotiating
• Good telephone manner
• Full UK clean driving licence

The role will also involve:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Carrying out viewings
• Booking market appraisals
• Updating and maintaining websites
• General office administration.
• Valuing & Listing if Senior level

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
