HGV 1 Container Driver - Days or Tramping

We are currently looking for an experienced class 1 day container driver, or tramper to work out of Fawley.

• Driving duties will include container runs all over the country.
• Day shifts or tramping depending on your preference.
• Morning starts. Usually between 0400-0700.
• Monday to Fridays with optional weekend work available.
• Minimum 10 hours paid per shift, no break deductions.
• £16ph Ltd. £15ph PAYE.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV class 1 (CE) Driving Licence. Held for a minimum of 1 year.
• Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• Minimum 6 months class 1 experience.
• Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation.
• TAC (terminal awareness card) for Southampton docks.
• Good communications skills.
• Over 25 for insurance purposes.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
