Warehouse Operative

Insight Employment are a Warehouse Operative for a client of ours in Bletchley.

The Company: -

We are now looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join their dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

The Role: -

As a Warehouse Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse and the efficient handling of our products.

Primary Duties: -

• Receiving, checking, and accurately storing incoming goods.
• Picking and packing orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Operating warehouse machinery and equipment (training provided if necessary).
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Attributes Required: -

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus but not required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (mostly under 5kg but can be heavier).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as required.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
• Basic computer skills (training provided if necessary).

Shift/Hours: -

Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00 & two Saturdays per month - 08:00-13:00

Rates: -

Between £11.50-£13.00 per hour depending on experience
