A Corporate Tax Associate is needed to work within a newly established Corporate Tax office for a Top-30 Accountancy firm. The ideal candidates should be experienced in managing elements of a portfolio and hold an associate-level position or equivalent.

Description
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients including owner-managed SMEs and medium sized groups.
- Work with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide tax input into due diligence projects
- Work with managers on advisory projects and transaction support
- Develop own and colleagues' professional abilities
- Provide an exceptional level of client service
- Prepare and review computations and liaise with specialists on technical matters
- Manage client's corporate tax affairs including payments, enquiries and providing ad hoc advice
- Support colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have:
- An ATT/ACA/ACCA Qualification.
- Part-Qualified or Qualified CTA.
- Proven experience in an associate role or equivalent within a tax department (Mixed Tax or Corporation Tax).
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, i.e. payroll taxes & SDLT.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using tax software and digital tools.
