My Client, an award winning International Law firm, seek a Legal PA to support a Partner and Fee Earners within the Energy department.

• Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
• This role sits within the rapidly expanding Energy Department

Duties include:

• Email management.
• Diary management; scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Arranging global travel.
• Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
• Monthly billing.
• Assistance with the BD activities.
