What you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the financial planners.
- Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain client records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
What you need to apply: - Previous experience in a financial planning or similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of the advice process.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (preferred).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
