Marketing Executive Key tasks:
Content Creation and Social Media Management
- Strategically plan, create and schedule social media content for Workwell Global with the goal of creating leads.
- Develop clear, concise and attention grabbing copy to target B2B audiences on LinkedIn and other platforms to maximise website traffic and conversions.
- Analyse and report on monthly social media performance, using findings to identify gaps and opportunities to improve conversion via social media leads.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Live events to maximize brand authority and leads.
- Strong written communication skills required to form high quality blog posts and the ability to condense to shorter form copy for promotion.
- Storyboard, direct, film and edit Workwell Global promotional service videos with team members.
Digital Marketing
- Conduct keyword research to optimize Workwell Global blogs and website landing pages with the goal to increase website traffic.
- Plan content for Workwell Global’s YouTube library and TikTok. Ensuring all videos and captions are optimised with thoroughly researched keywords our target audience is searching for online.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns when required. Including targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing that resonates with the audience pain points.
Client Retention
- Condense long form communications into visual emails on the email marketing system.
- Build and maintain online communities for Workwell Global’s clients.
- Plan and promote Workwell Global’s in-person events and webinars.
Essential Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing with a proven track record.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- Strong knowledge of core marketing areas: copywriting, digital and email marketing.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Creativity skills required with experience using content creation tools such as Canva and video editing platforms like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Experience utilising SEO techniques to optimise website content and drive website traffic.
- Proven social media management experience to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience forming marketing reports and actioning findings to gain results.
- Strong commercial acumen and willingness to learn about global employment and staffing trends to form content.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum | Full Time, Permanent | 3 days off based - Liverpool
