Your Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite a diverse range of Accident & Health business within delegated authority levels.
• Set terms and lead business across various risks.
• Develop and execute the portfolio strategy alongside the wider team and business line leader.
• Handle quotes for renewals, new business, and alterations, escalating to senior leadership as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive growth through collaboration with digital underwriting teams and platforms.
• Stay informed on market developments and identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in the London market underwriting Accident & Health business.
• Strong network of broker and client relationships.
• A proactive and flexible problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
