RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and store targets while upholding the boutique's high standards.

• Support the management team in operational duties, including stock management, visual merchandising, and team development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key brand ambassador.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment.
• A passion for luxury fashion and an in-depth understanding of premium clienteling practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and sales-driven mindset.
