RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver a personalized and engaging in-store experience, reflecting Joseph’s brand values.
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and established clients, acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
• Drive personal KPIs and maximize every sales opportunity to achieve and exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a luxury sales assistant, with a proven track record in driving results.
• A strong passion for luxury fashion and a desire to inspire others with your knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A dynamic, mature, and sales-driven personality, committed to growing with the brand.
