Senior Associate - Corporate Solicitor - Fully Remote

AJ Chambers is working with a dynamic law firm in Central London and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their corporate team and work on a fully remote basis.

This firm has a particular focus on ambitious start ups across the world and has built a fantastic reputation within the commercial space, the firm has been listed as one of the best places to work in 2024 and prides itself on worklife balance. There are no set targets but the Lawyers tend to operate between 1100-1300 billable hours.

Key aspects:

• Dealing with all corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions.
• Managing and developing the corporate team.
• Networking and business development activities.
• Utilising your entrepreneurial side, be in charge of profit & loss along with marketing activities.
