Broster Buchanan are partnering with a recognisable brand in their search for a detail-orientated and commercially driven FP&A Analyst.
 
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in reporting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights, while building strong relationships across the business to drive success and deliver on the business strategy in 2025.
 
Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports delivering analysis on business performance.
• Maintain and enhance the month-end reporting pack.
• Oversee the budget and forecasting processes in line with departmental needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automated reports.
• Collaborate with the wider cost centre functions in producing detailed financial planning and analysis
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive strategic decisions

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Part Qualified Finalist
• Advanced Excel ability
• Proven experience in FP&A and/or commercial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and consolidate large datasets into actionable insights.
• Business partnering experience with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

 Job Offer 

• Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
