Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -
The candidate will be experienced in Children in Care and Looked After Children. Excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people is essential as well. Care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical organised approach, ensuring long term improved outcomes. Ensuring stable placements appropriate for individual needs.
We have a stable, permanent team manager and service manager group, you will be supported in your practice by your manager and receive regular reflective supervision. We have good range of support services in Liverpool including a Family Group Conference Service, family support workers within teams and an extensive Early Help Offer to support the children and families of our city and the work you do.
