Role Overview
As the Battersea Power Station Estate continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a Property Management Surveyor to have full responsibility for 50 Electric Boulevard as well as supporting the management of the retail and leisure aspects of the Power station and wider Battersea development.
Key Responsibilities
As well as complete oversight of 50 Electric Boulevard this role would provide support to the lead surveyor in the commercial management of Phases 2 & 3 as they both continue to grow, focussing on the following areas;
Onboarding of new tenants
Allowing a greater efficiency in the onboarding process as paperwork comes through to ensure billing is correct and understood.
Turnover rent
Assisting with admin support as occupiers pay turnover rent on a monthly basis. This will minimise time which we can utilise analysing the turnover.
Lease Management
Taking a proactive approach to lease analysis tasks to allow the lead surveyor to dedicate more time in managing the tenant relationships. Leading to rent and service charges to be collected more promptly by our credit control team, and in turn creating a better working relationship with our occupiers.
Due to the number of tenants and the nature of the leases there are a significant number of lease events that will take place each year. Taking responsibility for managing these regularised lease events is required.
