The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

• Working closely with operational teams to provide business partnering
• Line managing a team of 3 people
• Leading on the delivery of financial management information
• Taking a lead on rent and service charge setting

The successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting
• Experience working in the housing sector
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading a team

Job Offer

• £55,000 - £60,000 salary
• Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
