The Role

As a Business Tax Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of OMB clients, delivering exceptional compliance and advisory services. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their clients' businesses while mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee UK compliance cycles for a diverse portfolio of OMBs, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' expectations are exceeded.
• Provide expert advice on exit planning, group restructuring, profit extraction strategies, employee incentivization, and more.
• Participate in the business tax working group, contributing ideas and driving growth initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support business development efforts.
