Dynamite Recruitment are excited to confirm that we have a brand new role for one of our biggest clients who are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role will be dealing with existing customers and offers variation within the role where you can build relationships with customers, engineers and other internal departments.

• Handling inbound calls from existing customers and dealing with queries such as invoice queries, confirmation of dates engineers are attending site, any issues the customer may have
• Problem solving and ensuring the customer is satisfied
• Building relationships with customers, engineers and other departments
• Ensuring the database is up to date with notes and any changes that need amending have been completing
• Replying to customers via email
• Ensuring you are delivering a high level of customer service
