Description

As a Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging learning activities.
• Provide individualised support to students, focusing on their unique learning needs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Facilitate group activities and encourage student participation.
• Support the school's policies and ethos.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to promote a cohesive learning experience.

Profile

A successful Teaching Assistant should have:

• Ideally proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
