Export Packer - Dangerous Goods

My client are a very well established, specialist logistics company looking for an experienced Export Packer to join their busy team.

Daily duties will include:

• Packing and handling general cargo and dangerous goods
• Casemaking
• Creating dangerous goods labels and handling paperwork
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Manual handling
• Using cutting machines and power tools including saws and nail guns
• Wrapping, packing and labelling fragile goods

Experience and skills needed:

• Experience in carpentry/ woodwork/ casemaking is an advantage
• Dangerous goods experience is essential, ideally DG qualified or awareness
• Warehouse experience
• UK Driving License is ESSENTIAL
• Steady work history due to referencing purposes
• PC literate

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 0800am - 1700pm
