Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage and organise complex calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
- Facilitate efficient communication between departments
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in an EA role, ideally within a Not For Profit organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Offer
- A salary range of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
