About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll assist our valued customers with pet insurance queries, renewals, new business, and more. You'll be part of a passionate team that is committed to delivering excellent service, with plenty of opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone and email, offering top-notch support for all pet insurance needs
• Assist with policy renewals and help onboard new customers
• Manage customer relationships throughout their entire policy lifecycle
• Collaborate with veterinary practices, breeders, and pet owners
• Perform various administrative duties to support our team

About You:

• Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus!
• Confident speaking with customers on the phone
• Hard-working, personable, and eager to make a difference

Working Hours:
Full Time (37.5 hours per week) on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday and a day off in the week
• Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm

Please note: no holiday can be taken during the first 4-6 weeks of training.
