School Administrator - Part Time Temporary

Part-Time School Administrator (Mornings Only)
Location: Newcastle
Temporary from January 2025 - July 2025
DBS on the update service is ESSENTIAL
School experience is highly desirable

We are currently supporting a school in Newcastle who are looking for a dedicated individual to join their office team on a long-term temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the school staff and management.
• Manage student records and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.
• Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school administrative role is essential.
• You must have a DBS check on the update service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
