In this senior position, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including: * Drafting contracts and workplace policies. * Handling employment disputes. * Representing clients at tribunals. You will also take responsibility for driving the team's growth through proactive business development and marketing activities, building long-lasting relationships with clients and expanding the client base. About You: * A qualified solicitor or legal executive (CILEX) with extensive experience in employment law. * A confident communicator with a proven ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice. * Strong business development skills, with a track record of growing client portfolios.
