Location: Edgbaston Village, Hagley Road
Salary: £25,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and generating high-quality candidates for open roles.
• Screening and qualifying CVs and candidates to ensure suitability.
• Arranging interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
• Providing support and guidance to candidates through offers and counteroffers.
• Submitting qualified candidates to active roles and maintaining regular communication.
