We are delighted to be partnered with our very successful and friendly client as they seek to recruit an Office Administrator (Italian speaking) to join their team at their offices in the East Grinstead area. My client has a great reputation within the specialist field and offers a great environment in which to work. This role is a full time position (Mon-Fri 0900-1730) with no weekends.

Role based in East Grinstead

Due to location of the workplace, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport (unless you live in East Grinstead itself) . There is plenty of free parking on site available for all staff.

Salary £26000-£28000 per year depending on experience levels plus good company benefits, including staff parties and store discount card

This is an excellent opportunity to use your Italian and English language skills in a busy and friendly team

The role - Office Administrator - Italian speaking

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication in English and Italian and a friendly and supportive manner for e-mail and phone communications.

You must also have good organisational skills and be competent with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Duties will include:

  • Answering queries from customers / clients
  • Processing cancellation or deferral requests
  • Advising management on any costs or queries
  • Rescheduling bookings
  • Helping customers complete forms as necessary
  • Issuing confirmations and general office admin
  • Checking and approving any requests from clients concerning any support required

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

  • Speak confidently to a wide range of people over the phone in Italian and in English
  • Communicate efficiently and in good English and Italian via e-mail and telephone.
  • Prioritise tasks and organise daily workloads
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
