Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Provide one-to-one support for students requiring additional help, fostering their confidence and independence.

• Assist in managing classroom activities and creating a safe, stimulating learning environment.

• Support small group work, encouraging collaboration and active participation.

• Adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of learners.

• Monitor student progress and share feedback with teaching staff and parents when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.

• A compassionate and flexible approach to meeting the needs of individual learners.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

• A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school ethos.

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are an advantage.
