Join the team at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 5 MSK Physiotherapist. They are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality, evidence-based musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care.
Main duties of the job
• Manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients with clinical autonomy.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Provide patient education and promote self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective, holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional and Trust standards.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
• Registered with the HCPC and holding a degree in Physiotherapy.
• Experience in acute or community healthcare settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
