HR Assistant

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing job descriptions, and managing candidate communications.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
