Are you a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills? Our client, a dynamic construction company, is seeking a talented Aftercare, Warranty & Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in Southwark, London! ??

As the Aftercare, Warranty & Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for clients reporting any problems at their properties. You'll consult with clients, residents, and their team of engineers and sub-contractors to investigate and rectify any warranty work. �???

?? What you'll need:

• Strong organisational skills. ??
• Excellent client relationship skills. ??

• Problem-solving skills. ??

?? Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating maintenance and warranty visits. ???
• Ordering parts and equipment for repairs. ??
• Keeping the maintenance and warranty software up to date. ??
• Assisting with project handover meetings and sub-contractor meetings. ??
