Your Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, and more.
• Provide expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations.
• Draft and negotiate documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to grow the commercial litigation offering.

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
• Have strong technical knowledge and experience handling a broad range of disputes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Be commercially minded with the ability to provide practical and strategic advice.
• Have excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to managing a caseload.
