About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm in Hale, Altrincham, for an experienced Corporate Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a firm that is renowned for its supportive culture and commitment to its people.

Your Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:

• Handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and corporate restructuring.
• Provide high-quality advice to a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and other corporate documents.
• Collaborate closely with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
• Support senior team members on complex transactions and manage your own smaller matters.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the corporate department.

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Have strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Demonstrate excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Possess strong organisational abilities and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Be a confident communicator who can build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
