Your Role:
In this role, you’ll work alongside a talented team, handling a varied caseload of property finance matters. Don’t worry if you don’t have direct experience in property finance—our client is open to strong paralegals from other legal fields who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting solicitors in managing property finance transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with due diligence.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced paralegal with a strong foundation in any legal field—property finance experience is not essential.
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
